SAIL NEWS !! On Friday, October 14th from 5:00-8:30 PM the students from the Interact Club volunteered at the VFW where the Rotary members were holding their Oktoberfest Event. Students decorated, served dinner and cleaned up during the event. Rick Saltarelli, President of the Rotary Club honored each student with a Certificate of Appreciation for the students hard work and efforts. SAIL into the FALL of events at SHS On Sunday October 16th, over twenty middle and high school S.A.I.L. students donated their time from 10:00-5:30 PM to work the Secaucus Emergency Fund Tricky Tray. Students helped with set-up, greeting guests, wrist bands, monitoring tables, distributing prizes, clean up and selling hot dogs. The S.A.I.L. students were able to sell enough hot dogs to reach our goal of $200. We have raised $500 this year so far in total. This will allow us to have a 4th S.A.I.L. scholarship for a deserving senior this school year!!! Published October 17, 2016

Halloween Secaucus high school students and staff will celebrate Halloween on Monday Oct.31. Everyone is encouraged to dress up as their favorite person in sports,history,etc. Cost $2.00. No masks are permitted or any profane or insulting costume that may offend anyone's ethnicity,religion or gender.
