PARCC Refusal

Due to the Wednesday, May 16, 2018 PARCC exam administration, the high school main office has been contacted regarding refusing the PARCC exam. Here is a review of the PARCC refusal requirements for your information:


If a student plans to refuse the PARCC exam, he or she must notify the district by submitting this form no later than Friday, May 11, 2018. A parent conference with the high school principal is also required after this form has been submitted. You will be contacted by the main office for an appointment. Students who refuse the PARCC exam will attend a study hall during the first two periods of the school day and will not be disciplined. Students who disrupt the testing environment for other students may be subject to discipline as per the code of conduct.
