Rotary Club Volunteered at the Hoboken Shelter On Wednesday evening, November 29th, students from the Secaucus High School Rotary Club volunteered at the Hoboken Shelter. The Interact students collected hygiene supplies the shelter needed for it's guests. Students then prepared a dinner service for over 100 guests, cleaned the shelter's pantries, organized the hygiene supplies and greeted the shelter's guests. Our next trip to the shelter will be in May. "The students truly appreciate this learning opportunity and realize the significant impact their service efforts have on those in need. The student's hands on efforts made quite an impressive impression on the shelter's guests. Many students commented how they look forward to starting traditions of volunteering on their own and also bringing their family members to volunteer their time" stated Miss Lee.
