Mrs. Keeler’s Culinary Arts II Participated in Breast Cancer Awareness

Mrs. Keeler’s Culinary Arts II baking class has been enjoying the flavors of fall. Pictured are students, Christopher Ortiz, Stephanie Held, Michelle Ngo, and Quinn Van showcasing their pumpkin roll. Students learned to make a Jelly Roll style cake using pumpkin puree and filled with a rich cream cheese filling. Students Guilia Isabella, Krystal Lai, and Cassidy Gonzalez are proud of their mini baked apple pies. Students practiced working with pie crust and peeling and dicing fresh fall apples. The baking class also participated in a Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser by making pink and white themed cupcakes and cookies.
