North Star Project

"THIS IS A FREE, SHORT-TERM MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING PROGRAM THAT USES WILDERNESS/ADVENTURE THERAPY STRATEGIES TO OFFER MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT AND CARE MANAGEMENT TO HUDSON COUNTY YOUTH. YOUTH WILL RECEIVE WEEKLY INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS, MONTHLY OUTDOOR GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS, AND AS NEEDED FAMILY SESSIONS."
