Secaucus High School Takes 2nd Consecutive Hudson County Consumer Bowl Title

The Secaucus High School Consumer Bowl Team has captured its 2nd consecutive championship over High-Tech High School, in the Hudson County competition of the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs Consumer Bowl.
 
The Competition took place on January 14, 2020 at Secaucus High School. The New Jersey High School Consumer Bowl is an educational competition for high school students across the state meant to educate young adults on a variety of consumer and business issues.
 
The SHS team will go on to the Northern Regional Competition, which will take place in April.
 
This year’s team consists of Senior Captain Janan Lacka, Juniors Ergen Banja & Zarrar Nawaz, Sophomore Rebecca Luz Soler & Senior Joan Banks. The Business Club/Consumer Bowl advisor is Ms. Alexis Chisari, Business and Technology Teacher at Secaucus High School. This gives Secaucus its 4th Hudson County championship in the last five years.
