Hudson County Teen Arts Festival held at NJCU

On Tuesday March 12, five students performed in the Hudson County Teen Arts Festival held at NJCU under the direction of Mr. Siafakas and tied for 2nd place out of 10 total groups. Miah Arana, Samantha Fasciano, Emily Gasser, Madeline Gasser, and Zoe Sakatos performed a powerful rendition of First Burn written by Lin-Manuel Miranda. The judge was very impressed by the song choice, the students' powerful vocals, and the strength behind their performance. Secaucus High School tied with Memorial High School for 2nd place! We are so proud of these students for the hard work and talent!
